Till fyllning:
500 g ricotta
200 g crème fraiche
2 ägg
100 g strösocker
rivet skal av en citron
2 tsk vaniljpulver eller 2 tsk vaniljsocker
lite salt
100 g russin
Lägg russinen i blöt (vatten eller lite rom).
Grädda pannkakorna.
Blanda ingredienserna till fyllningen.
Smörj en form. Varva pannkakor och fyllning. Översta lagret ska vara fyllning.
Grädda i 180°C i ca 35-40 min.
